Accessibility Statement

We strive to make our website as accessible as possible in order to ensure access for as many people as possible.

Measures to support accessibility

We take the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our website:

  • Accessibility is anchored as part of our mission statement.

  • Accessibility is considered in our internal policies.

  • Clear goals and responsibilities for accessibility are defined.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Our website has been developed according to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, but it has not yet been evaluated. “Not evaluated” means that the content has not yet been reviewed or the results of the evaluation are not yet available.

Additional Accessibility Considerations

Although our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance, where possible we have also implemented Level AAA success criteria and other best practices.

  • HTML

  • WAI-ARIA

  • CSS

  • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon to meet the accessibility standards used.

Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of our website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.

Known limitations:

  • Latest content: New or recently published content may not yet have been fully checked for accessibility. In such cases, text alternatives for images, meaningful link texts, or other accessible elements may not yet be optimal. We strive to review and improve such content promptly. Please let us know if you encounter barriers or have difficulties using current content.

  • Videos: Videos do not include subtitles. They are provided as images with alternative text for screen readers in cases where they contain only decorative content without spoken text, in order to conserve resources in content management. The alternative texts are as descriptive as possible, and we are considering adding subtitles in the future. Please contact us if the technical implementation of videos affects your accessibility experience.

  • Third-party embeds: Content provided by third parties may not meet our accessibility standards. We cannot guarantee or enforce compliance by third parties. We monitor such content and remove it if significant barriers are identified.

Evaluation Method

The accessibility of our website is assessed through self-evaluation.
