On behalf of the BLM Stiftung Medienpädagogik Bayern, we designed, illustrated, and programmed the interactive web application “Medienkompetent im Hort”. The digital learning unit provides practical knowledge on the topics of excessive media use and digital well-being for elementary school children. With an interactive hidden object game, supplementary audio recordings, and background information, it creates a low-threshold learning experience that directly supports educational professionals in their work.
